How To Draw A Pizza Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it’s always a good time to eat pizza, especially if the pizza has lots of toppings combined with melted cheese; so delicious! The pizza looks as delicious as it tastes with its perfectly cooked crust and plentiful topping in different colors.
This is also why pizza is one of the most common foods for drawing. Luckily, this step-by-step tutorial on how to draw a pizza can assist you in removing one effortlessly. This guide consists of detailed but brief instructions accompanied by elaborate visual illustrations.
With this complete tutorial, you will be surprised by how easy it is to draw a pizza! Have fun, and use your artistic skills! You can draw many more characters like batman drawing, Anubis drawing, cat drawing, cobra drawing, blueberry drawing, coconut drawing and many more drawing for kids.
Step 1:
Starting at the top left of your paper, draw two parallel curved lines that make up the pizza dough. Then draw two more curved lines at both ends of the crust. Don’t forget to count a diagonal line at the bottom of the curved line to create a three-dimensional product.
Step 2:
To complete the shape of the pizza, draw a side triangle connected to the crust. The top side of the triangular shape should be a slightly jagged diagonal line, while the bottom should have a dripping effect. Drawing a drip effect is simple and easy!
Draw several droplets next to each other, dripping from the same surface level. Be sure to draw the dripping drops of different sizes, as shown in the illustration above, for the perfect dripping effect!
Step 3:
Draw separate lines on the drip effect to enlarge the outline of the pizza. Avoid pressing too hard with the pencil when drawing these lines to keep them clear and non-irritating. Don’t worry if the lines aren’t straight or look a little jagged. Uneven light strokes are preferred to give your pizza a realistic look.
Step 4:
A slice of pizza would only be complete with pepperoni toppings on top, so that’s what we’ll be drawing in this step. Draw a flat circle shape on the top surface of the pizza, forming the shape of a single pepperoni. Then draw smaller circles inside to create a realistic pepperoni.
Step 5:
Let’s add more pepperoni to your pizza to make it even more delicious! Draw a semicircle shape on the edge of the pizza slice. Then draw small circles inside the pepperoni, as shown in the illustration.
Step 6:
It takes more than two pepperonis on a slice of pizza, so let’s go ahead and add our third pepperoni. Remember to draw a full circle if you add the pepperoni in enough space. On the other hand, if you add one near the edge, it should be a semicircle. Also, make sure there are spaces between the pepperoni, so your toppings are evenly distributed.
Step 7:
Repeat the previous step until you are happy with the number of toppings on your pizza. Remember to add toppings on the edge of the pizza too!
Step 8:
As you can see from the illustration, we kept our pizza clean and simple. We have a bunch of pepperonis and melted cheese on our pizza. Feel free to customize the toppings and add whatever toppings you like to your pizza! If you like onions, peppers, or maybe more meat, go for it!
Step 9:
Cheese is usually bubbly, so add some melted cheese to your pizza! Draw small circles of different sizes on the surface of the cheese. Make sure to create lots of bubbles to add texture, not too much. Now that we have successfully drawn a delicious slice of pizza,
It’s time to move on to the most exciting part, choosing the colors and coloring your drawing! Pizza dough is usually cream or brown, depending on the quality of baking you prefer. On the other hand, cheese is usually bright yellow, while pepperoni is pale red with pink accents.
You can color your design the same way we did ours or use a unique set of colors. We recommend doing the latter so you can fully customize your design and get the most out of your experience. We can’t wait to see what colors you’ll use.
